Founded in 2013 by Mr. Reza Hassan, DYCON benefits from his extensive expertise in developing and leading complex organizations and mission-critical programs. With over 30 years of experience in business management, information technology, and finance, Mr. Hassan has successfully launched multiple businesses and has deep knowledge in strategic planning, business compliance, process improvement, program management, budgeting, and service delivery across various sectors.

Before founding DYCON, Mr. Hassan served as the Chief Information Officer for a government agency, and co-founded Intrepid Technical Services, Inc., where he was Chief Technology Officer. Under his leadership, Intrepid grew to a nationwide presence, with offices in five cities across the U.S. and a workforce exceeding 60 employees.

Mr. Hassan's impressive educational background includes a CIO Certification from George Washington University - School of Business, Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and numerous certifications such as VM-Ware Certified Professional, Six-Sigma, and Certified Network Engineer, along with extensive Information Technology training.
